Safety
Safety is paramount with Sparkles & Unicorns Pony Parties. Each pony/horse has a capable handler. All children must respect the horse handlers and listen to their instructions. Horses can be unpredictable. No running around the horses. No walking around the back of the horses. No loud noises or sudden movements. A safety talk will be given prior any rides begin to ensure all attendees fully understand. All children are to be always supervised around ponies/horses, especially when food is involved, no exceptions! Every child must wear a NZ safety standard approved helmet (provided) whilst riding. We recommend covered shoes are to be worn at all times around the ponies/horses. Adults accompanying children on their ride must also have covered footwear All gear is cleaned and inspected prior to each party for the sake of safety and presentation.
