Is my deposit refundable?
Because you are choosing "Sparkles & Unicorns!", we often book up several months in advance. In order to keep a schedule everyone will like, and to ensure everyone gets the time slots they want, the following will apply to ALL parties: Prior to 48 Hours Refunds are happily given only due to rainy weather, with a 48 hour notice (that is 2 days or more, before the party date/time), minus a $50.00 scheduling fee. Cancellations for ANY OTHER REASON beside RAIN are NON-Refundable. We will put your deposit towards a future party date. COVID-19 does not alter this policy Within 48 hours of the event If an event is cancelled within the 48 hour window, before your event is to take place, and you have paid in full, you will receive 50% of the full payment. If you paid with a 50% deposit, you will not receive a refund. We will apply your payment to ALL cancelled events in this 48 hour window to another party date. Cancellations on the day of the event do not apply to this (see below). Day of Cancellations Cancellations the day of the event are NON refundable. If you have paid in full we will refund ONLY 50%. If you paid 50% deposit, it will be forfeited. Cancellations the day of the event cannot be rescheduled with any credit for payment already made. Bad weather is NOT High Heat, Cold, Wind Events, Power Outages. We are referring to RAIN .
What happens if we have bad weather on the day of my event?
In the case of heavy rain and decision to not ride the ponies, the party will still go ahead as we can bring the wee unicorn into the barn for a very short time for the kids to say hello and take a photo, then the birthday child and one friend can return on a fine day to have a one-hour pony trek free of charge. This decision will need to be made a minimum of 3 hours prior to party start time.
