Sparkles & Unicorns was born from my lifelong love of horses and my commitment to child development and mental health. As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, I’ve seen how powerful it can be for children to experience the calming, joyful presence of a horse. Here, we bring the therapeutic benefits of horseback riding to life, helping kids find activities they love while nurturing physical, emotional, and social growth.

Riding offers a range of benefits—from building balance, flexibility, and coordination to fostering character, resilience, and a deep connection with nature. As children grow, we can adjust the level of difficulty, providing them with an enriching, confidence-building journey that’s as rewarding as it is fun.

We’re proud to be a registered New Zealand company (Sparkles & Unicorns Pony Parties Limited), GST-registered, and fully insured both on and offsite. Proceeds go directly into the care of our horses and equipment, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment to continue offering this wonderful service.
